Organize Your Professional and Personal Life

WonderFile is the Perfect Solution

Having to take work home during tax season used to mean stuffing all the different client files and receipts in my briefcase. Invariably, they would then be laid out on my dining room table, where I then had to re-organize everything. Have you ever had a bunch of receipts to go through, and ended up with small pieces of paper all over your desk? Multiply this by 3 or 4 and you know what I was going through.

Now I simply put my client’s information in separate WonderFiles, color coded, no less (red for urgent). If the client files are not overrun with receipts, I can put several in one WonderFile. I even got an extra one for my elderly parents, and now their taxes and bookkeeping chores are so much easier, and less time consuming. Their important receipts are gathered clutter free in one spot, ready to go.

How It Works

Each WonderFile is a like a fold-out desk with 3 parts. There are pockets for your calculator, pens, and writing pads, even your laptop, in the center section. Each side section has corner straps to organize paperwork. Zipper pockets hold small receipts or tools, without fear of them falling out. This means a less cluttered work space, whether you use it for business, home finances or hobbies. It’s a great way to organize your family’s day to day finances and correspondence. And when you are finished and need to make room for dinner or something else, simply close up the WonderFile, put in a drawer and your room is nice and neat.

Who Needs the WonderFile?

I could say just about everyone, but here’s some specific examples:

A great use for the WonderFile is for craft enthusiasts, especially scrapbookers. You can put your fancy scrapbook papers in the side pockets, scissors and other tools, even a camera, in the center pockets. Use the larger center pocket or zippered section for pre-cut shapes, photos, invitations, etc. Take it out when you’re ready to scrapbook, then quickly and easily put it away when you’re done. If you have small children you will especially like the ability to put your work away in a flash, keeping tools out of reach of little ones.

You teachers will love this filing system. It can hold your laptop, lesson plan book, grade book, calculator, paper clips, etc., in addition to papers that need grading. The WonderFile can also hold construction paper and scissors for updating your bulletin board. It’s great for storing grade books and tools, and is easily transportable. At the end of the day just put in whatever papers need to be graded, fold and zip and away you go. The handle makes it easy to carry, so your hands are free for books, purse, lunch box or whatever else you need to carry.

Special event planning, like weddings, usually require keeping track of a lot of estimates, invoices, articles, invitations and pictures that have been cut out of magazines. You understand perfectly if you’ve ever gone through something like this. The WonderFile has all the organization you need built into a handy carrying case. Take it with you wherever you go, toss it in your car without worrying about something falling off the seat, or losing some important information. When you get back home, just pick it up and store it easily out of sight. Everything you need is in one place, organized and ready to go.

Check out this truly wonderful filing system and start getting organized today. I think the WonderFile system is a great value and a wonderful time saver. Give one to your child, child’s teacher (inexpensive enough to do this!) parents and friends. Keep two for yourself; your spouse will take one from you, or you’ll think of at least two uses for it.

Save Money on Your Wedding by Buying Wedding Favors

How in the world can we say that you would actually save money on your wedding by buying wedding favors? It’s actually rather simple – you save money overall if you use those favors as not just gifts to give away to your guests but as a way to round out your decorations or even take the place of certain decorations such as your centerpieces.

Here’s how this works. When your guests arrive at your reception you want them to be greeted with a beautiful layout and this includes the individual tables. Most brides choose very expensive centerpieces for each table but your wedding favors can actually do double duty here. When you purchase your favors, be sure to wrap them in festive wrapping paper or something that matches your reception’s décor and then stack them in a nice arrangement at each table. Remember that you don’t want to just pile them up but arrange everything neatly.

You can also use your wedding favors as decoration at each table by putting them in the middle of the top plate if you’re having a plated dinner, or put them at the place setting the same way you would the wine glasses. If your tables are not going to be set when guests arrive such as for a buffet meal, arrange the wedding favors in front of each chair the way you would when setting a table. By using your wedding favors this way you are making your table look very festive so you don’t need to spend extra on your centerpieces.

Dressing up your wedding favors is important when using them this way. For those in boxes you can definitely use that nice wrapping paper and make them even more special by tying them with long ribbon that you gently drape over the table. You can use ribbon for wedding favors that you don’t wrap such as for candles. And to go the extra mile you can use something special for the ribbon such as strings of crystal beads, fabric trim, lace, or even tassels. You can take your time to browse a sewing supply store, craft supply store, or even a scrapbooking supplier to find just the right material to make your favors really stand out.

Another way to use wedding favors to dress up your table is to sprinkle the tables with flowers petals or confetti and then set up your favors. This way your table looks very festive but you’re saving money on decorations and centerpieces; flower petals or confetti is almost always going to be more affordable than centerpieces!

Remember that your guests are very happy to be at your wedding and are happy for you, but they still needed to get dressed up, have purchased a gift, and are there for you and your big day. Purchasing wedding favors is your way of thanking them for being there for you and helping to make your day even more special. While everyone is concerned about their budget today, you want to reconsider any impulse to forego wedding favors altogether and instead get as much life out of them as you can by having them help to fill out your decorations and the look and feel of your venue.

A Third Party Review Of Stampin’ Up From Someone Who Didn’t Join

If you’re reading this article, chances are you’re probably searching for information on Stampin’ Up and you’re thinking about becoming a distributor. Before you join, I want to encourage you to read this simple, unbiased, third party review. In it, I’ll cover some details about the company, their products, their compensation plan and, most of all, what you can do to increase your chances of success, should you decide to join.

First, let’s cover some basic information on the company itself. Stampin’ Up is a privately-held, multi-million dollar company that sells an exclusive line of rubber stamp sets and accessories through a direct sales business model. The company was started 20 years ago by Shelli Gardner and her sister. Currently, Gardner is the company’s CEO and over the past few years has been awarded the prestigious Ernst & Young “Entrepreneur Of The Year” award twice. While the company is based in Utah, Stampin’ Up has more than 45,000 distributors and is operating in the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany and the UK. In addition, from a business perspective, it’s important to note that the company has been named one of Utah’s fastest growing companies for several years.

As far as the products go, Stampin’ Up markets several different product lines. Their flagship product line is made up of their award winning rubber stamps. They also market a line of designer paper, a line of embellishments and accessories, a line of scrapbook products, a line of home decorations and a complete line of scrap-booking tools. From a marketing perspective, it’s good to know that none of the company’s products can be found in retail stores and can only be purchased exclusively through distributors.

Now, let’s cover the compensation plan. There are a couple of ways you can earn upfront income by personally selling products including personal commissions and personal rebates. In addition to that, you can recruit other people and get paid overrides on sales they make. There are also additional incentives like trips, cash bonuses and different awards. For the most part, the compensation looks quite fair. However, if you’re serious about joining, it would make sense to review the compensation plan in detail so you can identify all the little details and how you can advance through the system.

In closing, Stampin’ Up is a well established company that sells good products. With that said, that has little to do with whether or not you will experience the success you want. While it’s obviously beneficial to you to have a solid company backing your business, what really determines whether you will succeed or not, is your ability to recruit other distributors, your ability to sell products on a consistent basis and your ability to build a solid organization of distributors. And, one of the biggest factors to accomplishing those three things is your ability to market. If you don’t have a clue about marketing, you’ll have a tough time building your business. It’s important to your success that you get the right marketing training so you can brand yourself as a leader and generate an endless flow of quality, pre-interested leads. Of course, you can build your business strictly using old-school, traditional, offline techniques but, for most people, calling on your existing warm market will only take you so far. If you can combine effective offline strategies with the ability to generate 10-30+ leads a day online, there’s no telling how successful you can be with your Stampin’ Up business.

Homemade Gift Ideas for the holidays

Homemade Gift Ideas

Cookies – Who doesn’t like cookies. You could make a batch of good ole fashioned chocolate chip or do something more festive like decorating sugar cookies. You can get your children involved in this holiday tradition.
Pumpkin or Banana bread – Bread loaves are extremely easy to make and come in handy on those busy days when you need something fast and delicious to eat. Wrap you loaves in colored saran wrap like red or green and tie a big bow on them. Voila!
Photo Album – Make a photo album for a friend or loved one. If someone you know has recently been on a vacation, get copies of the photos (off facebook is a great way) and make a photo album of their adventure. Small photo albums can run you as little as a couple dollars.
Scrap Book – For your child who is in sports, create a scrap book with your child’s newspaper clippings, award ribbons, letters and cards, pictures, and more! Don’t fill up the book so that they can add to it as the years go on.
Coupon Book For Services – Make a coupon book for you husband or wife. Include such coupons as “Good for one massage” or “good for one car wash”. Who wouldn’t love to receive a gift of pampering and favors!
Dried Herbs in Olive Oil – This is extremely easy. You can buy clear glass bottles with a cap at any craft store. Add olive oil and any dried herbs or vegetables like rosemary, basil, thyme, garlic, chili peppers, etc. An easy and decorative gift.
Fleece Blankets – Go to any local fabric store and pick out a fleece fabric in a color or pattern you like. Cut to a square and fringe the edges. Super Easy! Google “Make homemade fleece blankets” and you can see pictures of how easy it is.
Letters from Santa – You can make this at home on your computer or order one online for very inexpensive. I ordered a personalized <a rel=”nofollow” onclick=”javascript:_gaq.push(['_trackPageview', '/outgoing/article_exit_link']);” href=”http://www.originalsantamail.com”> Letter from Santa </a> for my daughter and she didn’t set it down for days. Only .
Movie Time Gift Basket – Buy an empty wicker basket and fill it with fun movie treats like cheddar popcorn, Twizzlers, chocolate, beef jerky, and maybe some unusual sodas. The sky is the limit on this.
Fudge – What is your favorite flavor? Chocolate? Peanut Butter? Smores? Another easy and delicious gift. You can wrap in colored boxes or cut into pieces and put in small cellophane gift bags.

Hope this helps!

My family is my inspiration. I hope that people remember the real message of Christmas and share that with their children. Religious or not, the meaning is clear…love, friendship and sharing our hearts. Santa Letter Letter From Santa Santa Letters

Do It Yourself Easy Craft And Recreation Ideas

In the human nature, some god gifted habits are already present while others are learned form the daily activities. Most of us are very much unaware about our best qualities and recreational habits hidden inside us. Doing some creational work every day not only fetch us some reward but also a good past time too. They relieve us from the mental pressure and relax our body. Let us see how we can spend our leisure time in some creational work at home.

B y making simple Scrap book at home

It is easy to make a Scrap book at home out of the some old rugs and thrown items of our house. Simply we have to generate the ideas to design them in a fancy manner. Our creation can be in the form of various colors and structure. For example collecting some old fashioned clothes and rugs and some boxes and papers to make a scrap book for ourselves

B y making colorful items at home

Taking some tips from the internet or books one can convert his time into earning and sparing. We can purchase the required items of soap making from the market and can make colorful soaps out of it. We can make stationary items like glue stick and pencil box using your creativity. Using our witty brain, we can make colorful candles and writing chalks for the children of the school. There are various other options in which we can spare our time in earning and sparing.

Designing our bath basket for yourself and others

Some times extra creational activities come into our mind that seems worth of attention like if we want to design our bath tub we give our thought wings to fly and collecting some required material we can materialize our creation. We can draw an outline of our creation and then getting materials from the market or colleting it from our old ones we can give it to real shape. First, we should have an idea of color and craft.

Designing and creating our own matching necklace and ear rings?

Designing our own necklace and ear rings is simple and interesting. Some round shaped wired beads are required; some length of threat and a needle is required to perform this task. There are good pattern and design that we can imagine and make an attractive one. The shape of ear rings also attracts to others. We must take the help of internet and some kind of books to have an idea after making it all. Our self designed necklace and ear rings will give us a pride and honor of our skill as the base material for our ear rings will cost us little.

A Smart Internet Marketing Strategy: Targeting Niche Markets -articles how to write

The World Wide Web has captivated my attention ever since I was introduced to it by my mother (another WWW freak!). That was about 10 years ago and ever since that time, my interest about all the different things that can be done through the internet has continued to grow.

Hire Backline Builders Robots and Create 10000 Backline in 2 Hours http://www.TopArticleSubmission.com/

For the last couple of years, I have been grappling with the idea of making money online. Although I searched and found a lot of information, but most of it was vague and did not give me any concrete answer to the most important question: what to actually DO to make some money on the internet.

During my quest of getting answers, I came across a very informative video on the internet which gave me a lot of information about internet marketing and gave me some pretty good food for thought. The video talked about &#8220;Niche Markets&#8221;; what they are and why they are important to any person who would like to make money on the internet by selling a product or service. In fact, the concept of Niche Markets is applicable to any business or service provider, whether they operate on the internet or otherwise.

If you look it up in the dictionary, the word &#8220;Niche&#8221; means &#8220;A situation or activity specially suited to a person’s interests, abilities, or nature&#8221;.

A &#8220;Niche Market&#8221; is a group of people with a common interest or ability or nature, who would all be interested in a common product or service. The common interest of these people can be any thing ranging from a common hobby, a common problem, a common cultural background, to any common desire they might have. Let me explain this to you with a few examples:

Fresh, Professional PLR Content Choose From 130+ Different Topics http://www.Free-Plr-Article.com

1) A niche market of people who have a hobby of scrapbooking

2) A niche market of people who have common problem of lower backache

3) A niche market of people who are all Hispanics

4) A niche market of people who have a common desire of learning plumbing

People with common interests tend to cluster and you can easily find pockets of such people online; in forums and groups or visiting websites of their interest.

It is best to direct your marketing to select niche audiences for maximum benefit to you and to them. It is always a waste of time, effort and resources to market your product or service to a niche audience which is not interested in what you are selling. For example, if you try to sell scrapbooking materials to a niche audience who wants to learn plumbing, you will not get any customers. Granted that you will find a rare plumber who also likes to maintain his scrapbook, but you will not make a profit! Similarly, marketing a new and effective acne product to a group of people with lower backache will only lead you to lose the money you spent on marketing your innovative acne solution to them.

Tips For Scrapbooking With Ribbon

Ribbons are a cost effective and cheap way of adding embellishments to your scrapbooking layouts. Ribbon, although simple, can be used in many different ways, and here are some scrapbooking ideas to get your creative juices flowing when scrapbooking with ribbon.

Ribbon comes in many different widths, colors and patterns, and you will always find something to compliment your layout.

Ribbon goes particularly well with heritage layouts. It somehow adds that old fashioned touch to the layout. Try taking an old oval black and white photo and embroidering some ribbon around the edges to frame it. You can even buy ribbon that has already been made into roses that you can frame your photo’s with.

Another way to frame your photo’s with ribbon is to punch holes into the matting on the photo at even spaces around the edges. Now take a variety of ribbons and tie short bits through the holes. This is a very attractive way to frame your photo’s.

Ribbon can be added to digital layouts to give a more 3D look to the otherwise pretty flat layout. There are many ways in which to do this. Try framing your layout with strips of thin and thick ribbon. You could also weave a few strands of ribbon together. Try contrasting colors for an even prettier effect.

Ribbon can also be used to attach items to your layout. Try plaiting thin strips of ribbon together and using the plaits to hang items on your layout. Try making your ribbon into a sort of washing line that you can peg other items to using mini pegs.

Try using different widths of ribbon with the wider one at the bottom and the thinner one stuck on top and use these strips to decorate your background. You could also try using strips of ribbon to decorate your background almost like a wall paper effect.

Try using ribbon to make rosettes to embellish your layouts with. Place a button as the center and gather the ribbon around the button. You can do as many layers and colors as you like here. Ribbon flowers can be made in the same way. The best way to gather the ribbon is to sew a running stitch with your sewing machine or by hand down the edge of the ribbon, and then pulling the ends of the thread to gather the ribbon and shape it around the button.

Ribbons tied in bows work a treat. You could place a bow at the corner of a photo, or the corner of your layout. Try tying tags to your layout with bows. Bows make wonderful embellishments, just don’t go to overboard here.

Don’t be afraid to experiment with scrapbooking with ribbon. There are loads of different ways you can use it to make stunning layouts.

The History of Scrapbooking

The History of Scrapbooking

Thanks to the internet, the opportunity to create digital scrapbooks is rich and impressive. From the wide variety of scrapbooking crafts available online to the digital scrapbooking ideas that are so easy to find, creating a professional quality digital scrapbook is a skill that can be learned by everyone. The next generation will probably be stunned to learn that at one point in history, creating a digital scrapbook was impossible.

Digital scrapbooking is a popular phenomenon that seems to have come out of nowhere, but the truth is, the evolution of basic scrapbooking to digital scrapbooks was a logical progression based on the accessibility of paper and eventually, digital media. In fact, up until the advent of scanners and advanced digital media, we had been relying on hard copy creative scrapbooking since the 15th century.

The idea of scrapbooking began as a way to store memories when paper became an affordable commodity during the 15th century. At this time, scrapbooking was pretty basic, nothing like the outlandish scrapbook pages we see now. It was simple a method for placing photos and memorabilia on paper. However, since pictures were too expensive for most people to have access to, most of these books were simply based on handwritten messages from friends.

As time progressed, the trend of collecting friendship memorabilia on paper started to pick up and develop. In the 16th century, it was more popular than ever to create scrapbooking pages similar to the idea we later used in our yearbooks – friends and classmates would be placed into scrapbook templates with room for comments, remarks or drawings. This booklet could be kept and cherished for years; an early example of interactive media.

To get to what we recognize as today’s scrapbook, the price of taking pictures and the accessibility for common people had to evolve. Several hundred years passed before taking pictures became affordable and simple but once this happened, creative scrapbooking took off. Since the 18th century, creating beautiful volumes has been a way for artistically inclined folks to store visual memories.

When digital scrapbooking first came onto the market, it was a much slower and more complex process than it is now. Those who were interested had to upload all of their pictures into a digital site (moving at a speed much slower than the lightning speed of the internet today) and create their digital scrapbooks from there.

Today, there are hundreds of sites available to download scrapbooking tools, digital scrapbooking ideas and all of the fun embellishments that make a digital scrapbook unique. One day, generations may be stunned to realize that digital scrapbooking was not always the bustling industry it is today.

In fact, with advancements in digital media, the possibilities behind digital scrapbooking may be unlimited. As history has proven, the arts will develop based on the availability of the media to create them. As long as the technological advances are made available and affordable for the masses, the new strides in digital scrapbooks will not be far behind.
